United Way of Metropolitan Chicago is part of a network of nearly 1,800 community-based United Ways in 45 countries and territories.
Locally, the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago support system includes North Shore United Way, Northwest Suburban United Way, DuPage/West Cook United Way and South-Southwest United Way. Together, we work to create meaningful and measurable change by investing in income, education and health programs that support our 10-year vision, LIVE UNITED 2020.
Our work goes well beyond our historical role of funding strong non-profits partners. Today, we are mobilizing all our assets; funding, volunteers, legislative advocacy, technology, in-kind resources and corporate partnerships to deliver transformative, measurable results.
