Leadership Giving Roster Be sure that your Leadership Givers (and your company!) are recognized in the 2008 Leadership Giving Directory, complete and return this form by April 1, 2009 at the latest.

Diamond Donors are Loyal Contributors who have been giving to United Way for 25 years or more. This form helps United Way recognize their generosity and commitment.
