Congratulations! Your United Way campaign is nearly complete! This section includes resources that will help you report your results and thank everyone who helped make your campaign a success.
	Campaign Final Report Your campaign isn’t closed until you record your results and provide United Way with the appropriate documentation. This document has everything you need to wrap up!
	Leadership Giving Roster Be sure that your Leadership Givers (and your company!) are recognized in the 2008 Leadership Giving Directory—complete and return this form by April 1, 2009 at the latest.
	Diamond Donor Club Form to be recognized as a Diamond Donor Club Member. Members have been contributing for 25 years or more to United Way.
