Effective leadership is essential to success in today’s marketplace, and the nonprofit world in no exception. Skilled leadership characterized by diverse backgrounds and expertise is critical to helping nonprofit organizations remain on the cutting edge of care and operating efficiently.
United Way aims to provide nonprofit organizations the talented and diverse leadership they need, while giving women and minority leaders a challenging and rewarding way to give back to the community.
