As Board Secretary and Executive Assistant, Serita Guyton assists the President & CEO and United Way of Metropolitan Chicago Board of Directors in all aspects of achieving organizational goals and work objectives that relate to the role of the Board and Office of the President. In addition to her duties as Board Secretary and Executive Assistant, Serita also serves as the Staff Ethics Officer.

Serita has worked at the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago for 38 years, 24 of those years have been spent directly supporting the Board and the President and CEO.
